Access VBA for Beginners: Day 1 introduces Microsoft Access users to programming with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)—starting from the very beginning. If you've built Access databases but have avoided VBA because programming feels intimidating, this class is designed for you. Participants learn what code is, how VBA works inside Access, and how to read, write, run, and troubleshoot simple VBA procedures. Rather than beginning with programming theory, we'll use familiar Access objects such as forms, controls, buttons, and queries to make the concepts practical. Throughout the class, participants will write code themselves and gradually build automation into a working Access database. By the end of Day 1, participants will understand the basic structure and logic of VBA and be able to write simple procedures that respond to user actions and automate common Access tasks.
