Power Automate: Build Your First Workflow is a hands-on introduction to automating everyday business processes with Microsoft Power Automate. Many workplace tasks follow the same pattern: someone submits a request, an email needs to be sent, an approval is required, a record needs to be updated, or someone needs to follow up. Power Automate can handle many of these repetitive steps automatically. In this live, instructor-led class, participants learn how cloud flows work by building automations using familiar Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Outlook, and Teams. Participants will work with triggers, actions, conditions, dynamic content, approvals, and notifications while learning how information moves from one step of a workflow to another. The emphasis is on building practical automations, not simply touring Power Automate's features. By the end of class, participants will have created several working flows and understand how to identify everyday processes that are good candidates for automation.
